PROSECUTOR’S REVOLVING FUND

1.236.010 Established—Custodian.

(a)    A petty cash fund, to be known as the prosecutors revolving fund is established in the amount of five hundred dollars.

(b)    Designated custodian shall be the legal administrative supervisor.

(c)    Use of the fund shall be limited to expenditures properly chargeable to the prosecutor’s budget.

(d)    All expenditures shall be substantiated by receipts verifying transactions.

(e)    The fund shall be reimbursed to its full authorized amount prior to the end of the budget year. (Res. 99-138, 11/1/99; Res. 93-105, 8/24/93).
