COOPERATIVE EXTENSION DEPARTMENT PETTY CASH FUND

1.336.010 Established—Administration.

(a)    A petty cash fund shall be established for the cooperative extension department for the purpose of paying nominal expenditures.

(b)    The established amount of said fund shall be fifty dollars.

(c)    Use of said moneys shall be limited to expenditures properly chargeable to the cooperative extension department.

(d)    All expenditures shall be substantiated by original receipts verifying all transactions. (Res. 2000-76, 6/19/00).
