WENATCHEE RIVER PARK PETTY CASH FUND

1.348.010 Established—Administration.

(a)    A petty cash fund in the amount of three hundred dollars shall be established for the Wenatchee River Park.

(b)    This fund shall be known as the “Wenatchee River Park petty cash fund.”

(c)    Custodian of this fund shall be the park manager.

(d)    Use of all moneys shall be limited to expenditures properly chargeable to the Wenatchee River Park Fund budget.

(e)    All expenditures shall be substantiated by receipts verifying transactions.

(f)    The petty cash fund shall be reimbursed to its full authorized amount prior to the end of each budget year.

(g)    The county treasurer shall be authorized to issue a treasurer’s check in the amount required to initiate the fund. (Res. 2008-118, 7/18/08; Res. 2001-37, 4/9/01).
