1.368.010 Creation and operation.

The board of commissioners of Chelan County do hereby authorize the creation and operation of a dispute resolution center within Chelan County, to be known as the Wenatchee Valley Dispute Resolution Center. (Res. 2006-26, 2/20/06).

1.368.020 District court filing fee surcharge.

The current surcharge of ten dollars to each district court civil filing fee and fifteen dollars to each district court small claims filing fee shall continue to be collected.

Said filing fee surcharges shall be collected by the district court clerk and remitted to the county treasurer for deposit in a separate account to be used solely by the Wenatchee Valley Dispute Resolution Center.

The Wenatchee Valley Dispute Resolution Center shall provide annual progress reports on its use of the filing fee surcharges to the Chelan County commissioners.
