The board of Chelan County commissioners duly adopts Chelan County safety and emergency policies as described in Attachment A to the resolution codified in this section, effective February 1, 2009.

Any elected official who has written policies that are in conflict with those expressed in Attachment A, those policies should be submitted to the emergency coordinators and site emergency managers (elected officials and department heads meeting). (Res. 2009-13, 1/26/09).
