FAIR HOUSING

1.63.010 Fair housing policy.
(a) Within the available resources, Chelan County will assist all persons who feel that they have been discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or familial status to seek equity under federal and state laws by filing a complaint with the Washington Human Rights Commission or the U.S. Department of Housing and Development, Seattle Regional Office Compliance Division.
(b) The Chelan County administrator shall serve as the fair housing coordinator in these matters.
(c) Chelan County shall publicize this resolution and fair housing in general through the posting of this resolution and the applicable fair housing poster. (Res. 2003-45, 3/31/03)
