FIRE HAZARD ROAD CLOSURE

(a)  The county engineer is instructed to post due notice of closure on any road as may be deemed critical, and upon such posting shall become effective immediately and remain so until ordered otherwise by the board.

(b)  A list of closed roads shall be kept in the county engineer’s office. (Res. 91-51, 4/29/91; Res. 87-33, 4/13/87).
