WATERSHED MANAGEMENT PLANS

13.08.010 WRIA 45 management plan.

(1) The Chelan County commission unanimously approves the Wenatchee Watershed Management Plan dated April 26, 2006, as shown in Exhibit A attached to the resolution codified in this chapter and incorporated herein by reference.

(2) Implementation of the Wenatchee Watershed Management Plan is contingent upon available funding and adequate staff resources.

(3) Implementation of the Wenatchee Watershed Management Plan will require the continued participation of the Wenatchee watershed planning unit. (Res. 2006-81, 6/26/06).

13.08.020 WRIA 40A management plan.

(1) The Chelan County commission unanimously approves the WRIA 40A Watershed Management Plan dated May 10, 2007, as shown in Exhibit A attached to the resolution codified in this chapter and incorporated herein by reference.

(2) Implementation of the WRIA 40A Watershed Management Plan is contingent upon available funding and adequate staff resources.

(3) Implementation of the WRIA 40A Watershed Management Plan will require the continued participation of the WRIA 40A watershed planning unit. (Res. 2007-84, 6/11/07).

13.08.030 Lake Chelan (WRIA 47) management plan.

(1) The Chelan County commission unanimously approves the Lake Chelan Watershed Management Plan dated June 12, 2006, as shown in Exhibit A attached to the resolution codified in this chapter and incorporated herein by reference.

(2) Implementation of the Lake Chelan Watershed Management Plan is contingent upon adequate available funding and staff resources.

(3) Implementation of the Lake Chelan Watershed Management Plan will require the continued participation of the Lake Chelan watershed planning unit. (Res. 2013-16, 2/11/13).
