13.12.010 Wenatchee Valley Stormwater Program, Public Involvement, Education and Outreach Plan.

The board of Chelan County commissioners hereby adopts the Wenatchee Valley Stormwater Program, Public Involvement, Education and Outreach Plan, dated January 2008, prepared by HDR Engineering. (Res. 2008-16, 2/12/08).

13.12.020 Wenatchee Valley Stormwater Program.

The board of Chelan County commissioners approves and adopts the Wenatchee Valley Stormwater Program, dated May 2008, as amended, and as shown in Exhibit “A” attached to the resolution codified in this section and incorporated herein by this reference. (Res. 2011-70, 8/9/11: Res. 2008-85, 5/20/08).

13.12.030 Wenatchee Valley Stormwater Program updates.

Prior to the last day of March each year, the county engineer shall review and update the Chelan County portions of the Wenatchee Valley Stormwater Program as needed to comply with the requirements of the Eastern Washington Phase II Stormwater NPDES Permit. The county engineer shall maintain the Wenatchee Valley Stormwater Program Plan with Chelan County updates at the county engineer’s office. (Res. 2016-26 (Exh. A), 3/29/16).
