SHORELINE MASTER PROGRAM

The board of Chelan County commissioners hereby adopts Attachment A: Shoreline Master Program and Attachment B: Appendices to the Shoreline Master Program (Appendix A: Map Book—which represent the adoption of the corresponding GIS shoreline data; Appendix B: Critical Areas; Appendix C: Restoration Plan; Appendix D: Channel Migration Zone Maps; Appendix E: Public Access Plan with maps; Appendix F: Goals and Policies; and Appendix G: Illustrations); the Periodic Review Limited Amendments to the Shoreline Master Program, ZTA 2021-069 with Attachment A: Shoreline Master Program; and ZTA 2021-587, the Critical Areas Ordinance, or as amended as Appendix B.
