1.02.210 General penalty.

Whenever the performance of any act is either prohibited or made unlawful by the Clark County Code and/or the enabling documents construed as a part thereof, and no penalty for the violation of the code and/or document is imposed, the committing of such act shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), and/or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed ninety (90) days.
