2.07.010 Code of ethical conduct.

(1)    Clark County adheres to the requirements of state law, including, but not limited to, RCW Title 42, RCW 42.23.070 and Clark County human resources policy 13.1. This promotes honesty, openness, and accountability in all public matters involving county government.

(2)    Any elected official, appointed committee or advisory board member, or county employee accused with violating subsection (1) of this section shall be subject to review by the Clark County ethics review commission. (Sec. 1 of Ord. 2022-04-03)
