2.12.010 Budget programming procedure established.

Pursuant to the authority of RCW 36.22.010 (Para. 9), there is established in the accounting department of the office of county auditor, the necessary programming procedures to provide accurate current budget balances, including encumbrances, on a daily basis, and these shall be made available as requested for consideration of proposed expenditures in each department of county government.
