2.32.045 Consolidation under public works fund.

The county treasurer is authorized to maintain a public works fund wherein all existing funds that are presently maintained or can be maintained under a department of public works shall be transferred to said fund and that all existing budget balances of these accounts shall be transferred therein as of the thirtieth day of June, 1970.
