2.37.040 Compost procurement.

Clark County purchasing is responsible for:

(1)    Collaborating with departments to utilize specifications for compost products in the use of sourcing and executing contracts for compost products; and

(2)    Assisting the Clark County public health solid waste program in annual reporting by providing information about compost contracts. (Sec. 5 of Ord. 2023-03-06)
