2.48A.040 Designation of the chair of the board of county commissioners as executive head for emergency services of the county.

The chair of the board of county commissioners or designate shall serve as the executive head of the county for purposes of emergency management pursuant to Chapter 38.52 RCW. (Ord. 2005-10-03)
