2.56.010 Agreement—Boundaries.

(a)    Clark County shall enter into a multi-county air pollution control authority with the counties of Cowlitz, Lewis, Skamania, and Wahkiakum, to develop a more comprehensive plan for regulatory controls relating to air pollution.

(b)    The air pollution control authority shall include and be coextensive with the boundaries of Clark, Cowlitz, Lewis, Skamania and Wahkiakum counties and include as participating communities the cities and towns within their boundaries and other towns or cities which hereafter be incorporated.
