2.70.090 Hours for seeking public records.

Public records shall be available for inspection and copying during the customary office hours of each county agency, as defined in Section 2.70.030. PROVIDED, that if the agency does not have customary office hours of at least thirty (30) hours per week, the public records shall be available from 9:00 a.m. to noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays, unless the person making the request and the agency agree on a different time.
