2.71.050 Other agency responsibilities.

Under the direction of the records officer, with the advisement of the board, the agency whose records are affected shall:

(1)    Be responsible for review and initial determination of deposition of agency records.

(2)    Work with the records officer in constructing recommendations to the committee on record deposition.

(3)    Coordinate schedules for retention, microfilming and destruction of records with records officer. (Sec. 2.71.050 of Res. 1976-06-3; amended by Sec. 4 of Res. 1984-11-75)
