2.74A.060 Charter.

The charter of CRESA, Exhibit A, is attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter. The charter shall be issued in duplicate originals, each bearing the signature of the county board of councilors and attested by the clerk. One (1) original shall be filed with the clerk with the ordinance codified in this chapter; a duplicate original shall be provided to CRESA. (Sec. 8 of Ord. 2017-10-08)
