2.74A.110 Bylaws.

Within thirty (30) days after issuance of the charter, the board shall hold an organizational meeting, appoint a chair and vice chair, and adopt bylaws. The bylaws shall be consistent with the charter. In the event of a conflict between the bylaws, this chapter, and the charter, this chapter shall control, the charter shall be second in priority, followed by the bylaws. The power to alter, amend, or repeal the bylaws or adopt new ones shall be vested in the board except as otherwise provided in the charter. (Sec. 13 of Ord. 2017-10-08)
