2.74A.200 Construction and order of precedence.

This chapter shall be liberally construed so as to effectuate its purposes and the purposes of RCW 35.21.730 through 35.21.759. In the event of an inconsistency between the charter and this chapter, the inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence to this chapter. (Sec. 22 of Ord. 2017-10-08)
