2.95.010 Purpose of provisions.

The purpose of this chapter is to establish risk management procedures; provide for the purchase of insurance; improve conditions relating to employee and citizen safety; and provide procedures for dealing with claims and lawsuits for alleged tortious conduct involving the county.
