2.97.020 Insurance.

Liability insurance may be purchased by Clark County and its elected officials out of county funds with such limits as it may be deemed reasonable for the purpose of protecting the officers, officials, agents and employees of the county of Clark against liability for personal or bodily injuries and property damage, and for all damages from any tort or cause of action of any kind whatsoever arising from their acts or omissions while performing or in good faith purporting to perform their official duties.
