3.05.070 Accumulated funds.

(1)    The funds accumulated from the real estate excise tax provided for in Section 3.05.060(1) shall be used only for those purposes authorized by RCW 82.46.010 and that are identified in the county’s capital facilities plan. These funds shall be deposited into Fund No. 3056 which shall be called the “Real Estate Excise Tax Fund.”

(2)    The funds accumulated from the additional excise tax provided for in Section 3.05.060(2) shall be used only for those purposes authorized by RCW 82.46.035 that are identified in the county’s capital facilities plan. These funds shall be deposited into Fund No. 3083 which shall be called the “Real Estate Excise Tax II Fund.”
