3.08.120 Public access.

In all instances where public access is required as a condition of “open space” classification, no fees shall be charged except when fees are allowed in the open space agreement or subsequent amendments. (Sec. 8 of Ord. 1982-02-65; amended by Sec. 1 of Ord. 1996-20-30)
