3.16.040 Trust fund.

All taxes levied and collected under the authority hereof shall be credited to a special fund established in the treasury of the county of Clark, hereby designated the “Stadium or Convention Center Facilities Trust Fund”. (Sec. 4 of Ord. 1977-04-39)
