3.16.060 Joint use of funds.

If other cities in Clark County impose a similar tax, then the county and such other jurisdictions may agree to jointly finance tourism promotion, acquisition of tourism-related facilities or operation of tourism-related facilities in such manner as shall be provided in such agreement consistent with law.
