3.20.010 Purpose.

Section 1, Chapter 124, Laws of 1980 allows the county legislative authority to impose an additional fee not to exceed eight dollars ($8) to offset expenses of Family Court under Chapter 26.12 RCW whereupon excess fees collected shall be used to provide conciliation services of the family court.
