3.20.040 Juvenile diversion fee.

The juvenile court administrator shall impose a fee of up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250) on the parent or legal guardian of a juvenile who receives diversion services. Setting the maximum fee under the above dollar limit shall be with the juvenile court administrator. The amount of the fee will be based on the parent’s or guardian’s ability to pay. No juvenile who is eligible for diversion under state law shall be denied diversion services based on an inability to pay for the services.
