3.22.010 Local review board designation.

The Heritage Commission of Clark County is designated as the “local review board” pursuant to Chapter 84.26 RCW and shall have all powers and responsibilities defined and authorized by Chapter 84.26 RCW and such Washington Administrative Code regulations as may be adopted or hereinafter amended.
