3.22.030 Eligible properties.

The class of historic property which shall be eligible for special valuation in accordance with Chapter 84.26 RCW shall be all properties meeting criteria set forth in such state act and which are:

(1)    Listed in the National Register of Historic Places; or

(2)    Located within a district listed on the National Register of Historic Places and certified by the Secretary of the Interior as contributing to the district pursuant to 36 CFR 67.4; or

(3)    Listed on the Clark County Heritage Register as provided in the Clark County zoning ordinance, Section 40.250.030. (Sec. 1 of Res. 1986-09-06)
