3.30.030 Tax collection and remittance.

Clark County must contract with the Department of Revenue for the administration and collection of the excise tax, as prescribed in Section 4, Chapter 19, Laws of 2010 First Special Session.

Each local exchange company, radio communications service company and interconnected voice over Internet protocol service company must remit to the Washington State Department of Revenue the tax under the ordinance codified in this section (RCW 82.14B.030) within thirty (30) days following the month in which collection is to take place.
