3.30.050 Special fund created—Purposes enumerated.

There shall be a separate fund created within the office of the Clark County treasurer known as the “CRESA emergency services communications system fund.” All taxes levied shall be placed in said fund for the purposes of paying all or any part of the cost of all expenses related to the acquisition, installation, addition, improvement, replacement, repair, maintenance or operation of enhanced 911 emergency communications systems, including reimbursement to the telephone companies for actual costs of administration and collection of the tax imposed.
