5.08.010 State Board rules regulate.

The regulation of places outside cities and towns where intoxicating liquor is sold until the further order of the Board of County Commissioners or other legal means, shall be in accordance with the same rules and regulations as set out by the rules and regulations of the State Liquor Control Board.
