5.18.190 Fee.

A fee shall be charged for the reasonable cost of administering the collection of the tax at the time of notification by the taxpayer of his intent to engage in a taxable activity. The fee shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250) for all gambling activities for which notification is given at one time. The notification and certificate issued therefor shall be good for a period of one (1) year from the date of issuance. (Ord. 1975-10-7 (part), 1975)
