5.18.230 Court appeal.

After the exhaustion of the remedies provided in Section 5.18.220, any action for arbitrary, capricious, illegal or corrupt action or nonaction on the part of any administrative body or official shall be taken by writ of certiorari to the Superior Court of Clark County within thirty (30) days of the action or nonaction from which a party is aggrieved or thereafter be barred.
