5.32.030 Permit—Duration.

No outdoor public amusement, entertainment or assemblies, except those mentioned in Section 5.32.025 may be held in Clark County outside the limits of incorporated cities and towns unless the person or persons sponsoring the outdoor public amusement, entertainment or assembly shall first obtain a permit as hereinafter provided, and shall comply with all regulations herein provided.

No license shall be available for an event of more than five (5) days’ duration; the license subject to the hours as herein provided and failure to comply with the hours under said chapter shall terminate any right or authority for further continuation of the permit.
