5.32.190 Distance from habitation.

No outdoor public amusement, entertainment or assembly shall be operated in a location which is closer than one hundred (100) feet from any house, residence or other place of permanent human habitation. In addition, the Planning Director may require a greater setback from any house, residence, or other place of permanent human habitation if it is shown the increased distance is necessary to preserve the right of adjacent residents to enjoy the peaceful occupancy of their homes.
