5.32.210 Health and accident plan.

When so required by the Planning Director, an applicant requesting a permit under this chapter shall provide for the health and safety of those attending the event in the event of injury or accident and there shall be provisions made for a suitable number of ambulances and health facilities on the site as well as clearance with local hospitals in case of any emergency occurring at the event. This medical plan shall be based upon the frequency of injuries, accidents or drug abuse requiring hospitalization using best available information as to the frequency of injury or accident for hospitalization based upon several similar events that have occurred on the West Coast in the past three (3) years.
