5.34.030 Applicability.

The principles stated in Section 5.34.020 should also apply to the lending or borrowing of personnel or equipment from or to any other public agencies or political subdivisions such as the State of Washington, cities, and/or districts, as well as counties.

The principles state in Section 5.34.020 should apply to other departments or agencies such as juvenile, health, and sanitation as well as law enforcement departments such as police or sheriff. (Sections 7 & 8 of Res. dated June 17, 1971)
