5.45.040 License applications—When and where to apply.

Applications for a license, whether original, transfer or renewal, must be made to the planning manager by the intended operator of the adult entertainment enterprise. Applications shall be made by hand delivery to the permit center of the Clark County community development department during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Applications for licenses shall be made on a form to be furnished by the department. The application shall be accompanied by an application for site plan review pursuant to Section 40.520.040 of this code. (Sec. 3 of Ord. 1990-08-03; amended by Sec. 2 of Ord. 2016-09-04)
