5.48B.200 Enforcement—Liability limitations.

Nothing in this chapter is intended to create a cause of action or claim against the cities and/or Clark County or its officials, employees or agents running to specific individuals. Any duty created by this chapter is a general duty running in favor of the public. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to make the cities and/or Clark County liable for the costs of ambulance or EMS services. (Sec. 9 of Ord. 2015-08-03)
