6.100.010 Purpose.

The uniform codes and ordinances adopted by Clark County concerning land use, development and building require the departments of community development, public works, and community planning to perform certain reviews, approvals, and inspections to support land development and new construction, issue permits and periodically inspect existing occupancies to assure compliance with the codes and ordinances. Appropriate fees will be collected for these reviews, approvals and inspections. Any applicant desiring or being required to obtain reviews, approvals, permit issuance or inspections pursuant to the uniform codes, standards and ordinances adopted by Clark County shall pay the applicable fees.

This chapter establishes the applicable procedures for fees set forth in the following chapters:
