7.14.070 Adoption of noxious weed list.

Pursuant to RCW 17.10.090 and based on the list of noxious weeds provided in WAC 16-750-011 and 16-750-015, as amended, the weed board annually adopts the state noxious weed list, which is on file with the Clark County board of commissioners and the weed board.
