8.07.160 Facility licenses—Revocation, denial or refusal to renew.

A license for any facility may be revoked, denied or not renewed for failure to comply with the provisions of this title, and such action by the animal protection and control program shall be final and conclusive unless within twenty (20) days of written notification thereof an appeal is filed in the manner provided in Section 8.19.080.
