8.19.180 Hearings officer—Powers and duties.

The hearings officer shall hear appeals from any civil violations, abatement notices or other actions due to the enforcement of this title. The hearings officer shall have the authority to act as does the hearings tribunal. Final orders shall be sent to the manager of the animal protection and control program within two (2) business days of the appeal hearing.
