9.05.140 Peddling and soliciting.

It is unlawful for any person to operate a concession, sell, or offer for sale, peddle, hawk or vend any goods, wares, merchandise, food, liquids or services, without prior written authorization of the director, or prior authorization by a park and facility use permit. (Sec. 3 of Ord. 2012-09-02)
