9.06.100 Severability.

If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, or other portion of this chapter is, for any reason, held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this chapter. (Sec. 11 of Ord. 2023-11-02)
