9.28.070 Rewards for reporting unlawful dumping.

Pursuant to Chapter 10.85 RCW, a reward in the amount of fifty dollars ($50) may be paid to any person or persons observing promiscuous dumping occurring and furnishing information resulting in the arrest and conviction of the person or persons performing the act of promiscuous dumping.
